Meet the Artist

Jasmine M. Bryant, a native New Yorker, born in 1991 to African American and Puerto Rican parents.  She now resides in Texas since her graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree.  An aspiring artist, her early displays of talent were published in two coloring books (titled, Naranjo Museum Coloring Book and Color By Numbers), which she illustrated for the Naranjo Museum of National history, Lufkin, TX.

 

Acrylic paints are her medium, specializing in the use of vibrant colors to demonstrate openness and strength.  Jasmine’s works encompasses people, their bodies and

moods.  The talents of this young artist are also demonstrated in her portraits and Pop Art renditions.
